Can I book photography or videography separately?

Yes! Our wedding packages include both a professional photographer and videographer, but we can also create a custom option if you only need photography or videography.

If you already have one service booked with another vendor, let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll help you find the best option.

Are the wedding photos edited?

The digital photos included with your wedding package are professionally captured AND retouched. Your edited photos will be delivered through a private online gallery.

It depends on how much of your wedding day you want captured.

Gold — 2 Hours | $1,200
Ideal for intimate ceremonies, elopements, and couples who primarily want their ceremony and portraits documented.

Platinum — 5 Hours | $2,950
Our most popular package. Great for couples who want coverage beginning before the ceremony and continuing through the reception.

Diamond — 8 Hours | $3,800
Our most comprehensive package, designed for couples who want their full wedding day documented, including getting ready, the ceremony, portraits, and reception.

Are your wedding packages customizable?

Absolutely. We understand that every Hawaii wedding is different.

You can customize your coverage with additional hours, shooters, highlight films, professionally retouched images, live streaming, and more.

If you have something specific in mind, just let us know and we can create a custom package around your day.

Do you offer drone coverage?

Yes. Drone coverage is included with all of our wedding packages, weather and location permitting.

What resolution are your wedding videos filmed in?

Our wedding films and footage are captured in 4K Ultra HD for high-quality, cinematic results.

All wedding packages also include your 4K raw video footage.

Do you provide a highlight wedding film?

A cinematic 4K Highlight Film is available as an add-on.

The highlight film is professionally edited to tell the story of your wedding day through a combination of beautiful visuals, music, and meaningful moments.

Highlight Film pricing:

• Diamond — $950

You can also upgrade to our 20-Minute Video Upgrade for $850.

How long will our wedding video be?

• Gold — 4K Highlight Film (around 5 minutes)

• Platinum — 4K Highlight Film (around 7 minutes)

• Diamond — 4K Highlight Film (around 10 minutes)

If you'd like a longer-form edited film, you can add our 20-Minute Video Upgrade for $850.

We also offer a Full Ceremony Video for $500 so you can relive your ceremony from beginning to end.

How long does it take to receive our wedding photos?

Wedding photos are delivered within 1 month of your wedding.

Your digital images will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can easily view and download your photos.

How long does it take to receive our highlight film?

Wedding videos are typically delivered within 3–4 months after your wedding.

Our editing process takes time because we want your final film to feel polished, cinematic, and personal to your wedding day.

How will we receive our wedding photos?

Your digital wedding photos will be delivered through a private online gallery.

You’ll receive a direct link to your gallery, where you can view and download your images at no additional cost.

Do you provide the raw video footage?

Yes! 4K raw video footage is included with every wedding package.

This gives you access to the original footage captured throughout your wedding day in addition to any professionally edited films you choose to add.

Can we add a second photographer or videographer?

Yes! Additional photographers and videographers are available as add-ons.

A second shooter can be especially helpful for getting-ready coverage and wedding ceremony coverage.

Can you provide a teaser video quickly after our wedding?

Yes! If you want something to share with family and friends soon after your wedding, our Teaser Trailer is a great option.

The teaser is designed to give you a cinematic preview of your wedding day within days rather than waiting for the full wedding film.

Do you offer same-day wedding edits?

Yes! Our Same-Day Edit is $950 and gives you a professionally edited highlight video that can be played during your reception on the same evening.

This is a popular option for couples who want to surprise their guests with a recap of the day.

Can you live stream our Hawaii wedding?

Yes. Our Live Stream add-on is $400 and allows friends and family who couldn't travel to Hawaii to watch your ceremony remotely.

Do you offer wedding albums?

Yes! Our $499 flush-mount wedding album is available as an add-on.

It provides a physical, professionally designed way to preserve and display your favorite wedding photographs for years to come.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular wedding dates and peak Hawaii wedding seasons.

Once your date is booked, your photography and videography team is reserved specifically for your wedding.

How does the booking process work?

Booking with One Moment Hawaii is simple:

1. Submit our contact form.
Tell us your wedding date, location, and the services you're interested in.

2. We confirm availability.
We'll respond within approximately 8 hours with availability and next steps.

3. Choose your package.
We'll help you select the package or custom option that best fits your wedding.

4. Receive your invoice.
Your invoice will be sent directly to you by email.

5. Pay the 50% deposit.
A 50% deposit secures your wedding date.

6. You're officially booked!
Your One Moment Hawaii photography and videography team will be reserved for your wedding day.

What if we don't know which package we need yet?

You don't need to have every detail figured out before contacting us. Tell us your wedding date and location, and we'll help you determine which option makes the most sense.

Do you photograph and film weddings throughout Hawaii?

Yes! We provide wedding photography and videography services throughout Hawaii. We charge a travel fee for Maui, Big Island, Kauai, and Lanai.
