1. Pre-Wedding Communication & Timeline Review

Before the big day, we’ll finalize your timeline together. We'll confirm:

When and where we'll start filming (typically during getting ready)
Key moments to highlight (first look, vows, first dance, etc.)
Any personal touches or surprises you want us to capture
Which package and deliverables you’ve selected

This prep ensures we're aligned so you can focus on enjoying your day.

2. We Arrive Early & Start with the Details

We typically arrive 30–60 minutes before your coverage start time to:

Scout the location for lighting and angles
Capture cinematic shots of your venue and decor
Film your wedding details like rings, dress, florals, and invitation suite

These small touches make your video feel complete and polished.

3. Capturing the Getting Ready Moments

We’ll document:

Hair & makeup shots
Candid laughs with your bridal party
Gift exchanges or private letters
That emotional moment when you step into your dress or suit

We aim to stay discreet while capturing the raw emotion and beauty of these quiet moments.

4. First Look or Pre-Ceremony Clips

If you're doing a first look, we’ll help guide you on positioning and timing—but keep the emotion authentic and unforced. If you skip the first look, we may capture separate footage of both of you just before the ceremony starts.

5. Ceremony Coverage (with Professional Audio!)

We use discreet microphones to capture crystal-clear vows and readings without interrupting the moment.

During the ceremony, we:

Stay out of the way
Use multiple cameras when needed
Capture guest reactions, wide angles, and close-ups

This footage becomes the heart of your wedding film.

6. Romantic Couple Sessions

After the ceremony, we usually film a dedicated session with just the two of you—often during golden hour.

We’ll gently guide you with prompts while letting you enjoy the moment. These scenes are some of the most cinematic and emotional parts of your final video.

7. Reception Highlights

We capture the energy, joy, and celebration of the reception, including:

Grand entrance
Speeches and toasts
First dance, parent dances
Cake cutting and party dancing

If there’s a special moment (like a surprise hula dance or fire show), we’ll be ready to capture it.

8. Fly-on-the-Wall Filming Style

We may occasionally give small directions for lighting or framing, but we keep the experience stress-free and fun.

9. What Happens After the Wedding

After the big day, we:

Back up all footage in multiple locations
Carefully select the best moments and sync them to music
Edit a cinematic highlight film (plus full ceremony or speeches if included in your package)

Turnaround time is typically 4–8 weeks, depending on your package.
